Little things that make being a mother the best job ever...

-after Clayton is reprimanded by his father and in hysterics, he walks over for a hug from Mom and instantly a sense of calm and safety overcomes him, his body relaxes and life is not ending anymore-there is not a better feeling in the world
-after a rough morning, I promise Carson a bike ride with just him and me, he draws a sweet picture of he and I holding hands with a humongous smile on his face
-watching Connor wake up every morning with a smile on his face and knowing that today is going to be his best day-this happens every day (no joke)
-the wonderful compliments that all three boys give me daily "Mom, you are the best cook in the entire world!" "Mom, I hope that my wife is as beautiful as you are. You are the prettiest woman in the world."
